Bio: Jessica Lee Keller is a professional Dancer, Actor, Choreographer, Artist & Bodyworker. Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota and holds over 30 years of experience. Best known for her role as 'Struts' on Disney Channel’s Original ’Teen Beach Movie’ and 'Teen Beach 2'. She was one of the original members of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in NYC where she trained and performed extensively around the world; working Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, Alonzo King, Benoit Swan Pouffer, Jacapo Godani, Cidi Larbi, Jo Stromgran, Jodi Gates, Angelin Preljocaj, Lauri Stallings, and Nicolo Fonte, to name a few. She teaches a number of improvisation techniques, including Gaga (a movement technique based on the senses and imagination) for dancers and non-dancers alike. She offers Basic Forsythe Technique, Classical & Contemporary Ballet classes, Jazz, Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Yoga Sculpt, Embodiment Coaching, Movement Direction, 1:1 Mentoring and Artistic/Design Consultation.

She is one of the original six Women of 'Threshold' a Maiden to Mother Archetypal Journey through healing the Mother wound. 'SLOW' Sacred Sexuality Journey & container, liberating the Feminine from patriarchal society; both led by the epic Whitney Ullom. Jessica's deep inner-standing of movement and body, she dove deeper into her own excavation of self and the nervous system. Finding a vast love for discovering hidden truths within the aches, the longings, grief, pain, rage and, everything in between. By accompanying bodies to heal from the inside, through Somatic Based Holistic & Hands-On Healing. She recently completed 'Touching Peoples Lives' a hands-on bodywork training, with Marcela Widrig of 'Fierce Embodiment'.
